The 3 hour training aims to provide safe riding training to youth/two wheeler riders mostly in educational institutes. The fact that this segment is considered the most accident prone by experts proves the worth of this training. This
includes a class room training session with audio visual presentation, case study, group discussion and videos about basics of safe driving. It is followed by a hands on demonstration of about two to three hours by expert trainers
in an open ground. For this a simulated road infrastructure is created with twists, turns and speed breakers.
With the increasing rate of accidents and fatalities there is a dire need for road safety training to drivers. This unique training helps drivers to avoid road accidents through safety measures, avoid traffic violations, traffic prosecutions

The industrial staff and workers in every city form an important segment that drives four wheelers or swanky motor bikes. With youth and money power in hand they drive at high speeds at times. The especially designed module focuses
on providing intelligent information to this segment so that there are positive changes in their riding habits saving valuable work hours. IRSF believes that this upward moving intelligent class has the capacity to influence its
surroundings in an effective way reaching out to employees in the company, their own families and society at large.
